- Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- Requisites for refund:
- In case of defective product received: Only product image is required;
- In case of Wrong product received: Both product & Tag images required;
- In case of Wrong size received: Both product & Tag images required;
- In case of Product different from website/doesn’t look the same – Only product image required;
- In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.
- The Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/color
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered;
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned;
- Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy;
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well;
- We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Spring Diaries would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Use;
- Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;
- Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number 9980654921 or Email Us at [email protected] within 2 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
- You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on [email protected] as long as you do so before it has been processed.
- If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery.
- Please note, you cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
- Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-12 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
- For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.
