Order #5322, product is not yet delivered, no reponses on my multiple escalation email related to delivery status. It has been more than 12 days now since order was placed. Absolute pathetic service. Please refund the money or I will need to lodge a complaint on consumer court.

Careful on washing

This needs only Dryclean, shrinkage is SIGNIFICANT if washed. The lining doesn’t shrink but the top fabric shrinks so making it useless after wash.
